This privacy policy applies to jagdiprandhawa.co.nz, operated by Jagdip Randhawa (FSP1010098), Financial Adviser under All Seasons Mortgage Limited (FSP1007045). References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jagdip Randhawa and All Seasons Mortgage Limited.

- The service(s) you tell us you're interested in (e.g. first home buying, refinancing) when you use our enquiry form
- Financial information relevant to your mortgage application (income, assets, liabilities, employment details)
- Property details relevant to your application
- Website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Cookies section below)
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide mortgage advice and arrange home loan applications on your behalf
- Communicate with lenders and other parties as necessary to progress your application
- Respond to enquiries submitted through our website and follow up personally
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
We will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Marketing Communications
We only send you marketing content, such as mortgage rate updates or general market news, if you have actively opted in to receive it. This is a separate, clearly labelled checkbox on our enquiry form and is never ticked by default — submitting an enquiry does not automatically sign you up for marketing.
If you engage Jagdip's services, we may also contact you with updates directly relevant to your own mortgage application or existing loan (e.g. a rate change that affects you, a reminder your fixed term is ending). This is treated as part of delivering the service you've engaged us for, not as marketing, and continues for as long as we're advising you.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing jagdip@allseasonsmortgage.co.nz or calling 021 827 004. Opting out of marketing does not affect our ability to respond to an active enquiry or service your existing mortgage application.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We may share your personal information with:
- Lenders and financial institutions as required to process your mortgage application
- All Seasons Mortgage Limited for compliance and oversight purposes
- Solicitors and other professionals involved in your property transaction, with your consent
- The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) or other regulatory bodies if required by law
Third-Party Advertising and Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device information. Analytics data is anonymised and does not identify individual users.
When you submit a form on this site, limited contact details (such as a hashed version of your email address) may also be shared with Meta via its Conversions API, to help us measure ad effectiveness. This is separate from, and does not affect, the marketing consent described above.
You can manage Google's ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect website functionality.
Your Rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal obligations)
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time
